OSDE, the leading healthcare provider in Argentina with over 2 million users, approached Litebox in need to digitalize some of its services during the global pandemic. With a series of design sprints, we helped them map their innovation funnel and validate various possibilities with real users before investing resources in developing them.
In the first sprint, we digitalized processes for home doctor requests and tested the prototype with parents. In the second sprint, we focused on helping doctors optimize their time by enabling them to book appointments online, digitizing medical records, facilitating video care, and writing digital prescriptions. This technology for telemedicine is already available, and people are ready to enter this era. The results of our work far exceeded OSDE's expectations, and we have become their allies in innovation.
